\nFor redeeming Flights\/Hotels\/Buses online at www.yatra.com, please follow the following steps:
\n>Please select your Flight\/Hotel\/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
\n>On payments page, Select “Gift Voucher” as your Payment Mode.
\n>Enter your Gift Card\/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
\n>Click on “Redeem Gift Card” and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.
\nIn case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
\nHolidays (domestic\/international) can be redeemed offline only by calling 0124 \u2013 4883876 \/ 3877 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days).

\nGift Card is valid for multiple\/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period.
\nMultiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in single transaction.
\nAny applicable convenience fee\/processing fee\/excess tour cost\/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the Gift Card value)
\nIf an Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
