Subject to the following Netmeds e-Voucher Terms and Conditions, you (\u201cthe Customer\u201d) will be eligible to redeem your e-Voucher on Netmeds.com or Netmeds App.
\nThe Netmeds e-Voucher can be redeemed towards \u2018Pre-Paid\u2019 order of all medicines ONLY, on Netmeds.com or Netmeds App. NOTE: NO minimum order value is required to redeem the e-Voucher.
\nValidity of the e-Voucher is for 1 year from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
\nThe e-Voucher code is intended for single use only, during its validity period.
\nA maximum of TWO e-Vouchers can only be applied in an order.
\nThe e-Voucher is applicable on Medicines worth ANY value.
\nThe e-Voucher can be redeemed on medicines at Netmeds.com website or Netmeds App only. Note: The e-Voucher is applicable on both Prescription and Non-Prescription Medicines.
\nThe e-Voucher can be redeemed on placing the \u2018Pre-paid\u2019 order only. The e-Voucher code cannot applied on COD orders.
\nTo redeem the e-Voucher discount on Netmeds.com, add medicines worth ANY value to your shopping cart, and at checkout you must enter your voucher code(s) in the \u201cPayment\u201d page ONLY. Once the e-voucher code is entered, the discount will be immediately reflected in the total medicine order.
\nPlease Note: While placing your order, the e-Voucher code CANNOT be applied at the promotional code input box at the Shopping cart page, which is meant for applying coupon code only.
\nThe e-voucher code CANNOT be used in conjunction with other coupon code discounts, but can be combined with other promotional offers on Netmeds.
\nThe e-Voucher can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following pre-payment modes: (i) credit\/debit card (ii) Net Banking or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). Please note that the voucher amount can be used\/redeemed along with the existing NMS Cash wallet balance but CANNOT be redeemed along with NMS SuperCash.
\nThe e-Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged for any other product.
\nExpired or unused e-Vouchers cannot be re-issued.
\nIn an order where the e-Voucher is redeemed, the voucher value is applicable towards medicine prices only, and cannot be applied to shipping charge portion of the order amount. Regular shipping charges will apply on such orders. Thus, the e-Voucher code excludes operating charges (shipping charges and COD charges or any other applicable charges and taxes).
\nThe e-Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
\nIf an order placed using the e-Voucher exceeds the actual value of the voucher, then the balance amount should be paid by selecting the desired payment method at checkout.
\nIf the total value of an order placed using the e-Voucher is less than the value of the voucher, then any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited. No change or credit will be given.
\nFor any reasons, an order placed using the e-Voucher has been partially modified\/cancelled, an applicable portion of the original voucher discount amount will be credited back to the customer\u2019s Netmeds e-wallet account.
\nIn the event an order placed using the e-Voucher code is returned, the refund amount will be the total order amount paid MINUS the value of the voucher. Also, in such cases, the voucher code will no longer be valid and it cannot be re-applied to another order. However, if cancellation\/refund is initiated within the validity period of the e-Voucher, then the awarded e-voucher code will be re-activated and hence can be used again.
\nThe order placed using an e-Voucher can be withheld or delayed if there is a problem in processing the order.
\nNetmeds.com reserves the right to void an e-Voucher, at its sole discretion, if the e-voucher recipients have been found to violate any of these Terms and Conditions, so the customers using any fraudulent means to redeem the e-Voucher will be disqualified.
\nNetmeds.com reserves the right to deal with any unused e-Voucher, after its expiry, in any manner deemed fit.
\nOther Terms and Conditions
\nNetmeds.com reserves the right to amend or waive any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion and the e-voucher recipients agree to be bound by such revisions.
\nAll e-Voucher recipients shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
\nThese terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Chennai and the e-voucher recipients agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
