ITC Hotels Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited under the Brand Name of Qwikcilver

The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the User. \nITC Hotels \/ Pine Labs shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of Gift Card mentioned below.
\nValid Gift Card in its original form (Email\/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
\nGift Card may be used only at participating ITC\u2019s Hotels Group in India.
\nAll Gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of cards.
\nThis Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
\nThis Gift Card is cash equivalent. Pine Labs, ITC Hotels or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
\nNo refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.
\nReload is not applicable in case of Gift Card.
\nAny dispute shall be referred to Pine Labs and the decision of Pine Labs will be final.
\nSubject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.
\nPine Labs & ITC reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website https:\/\/www.qwikcilver.com\/terms-and-conditions\/. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
\nThe cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions. \nNon-receipt of Gift Card post 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation has to be reported immediately or else Pine Labs, ITC Limited or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.
\nThe card is valid for spends towards stays (room & incidental charges), food & beverages, Home deliveries & takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle Boutiques and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.
\nThe card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc.
\nThe e-Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.

\nThe Gift Card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer\/promotion or benefit(s).
\nThe card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.
\nMultiple transactions can be performed on gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.
\nShould the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase. International cards are not accepted for the purchase of gift cards.
\nClub ITC Green Points will not be awarded for transaction settled using Gift Cards. However, for transactions settled with a combination of Gift Card and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points will be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.
\nA card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.
\nThe E-Gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of \u20b91000 and maximum value of \u20b910,000 per transaction.
\nThe E-Gift Card will be delivered instantly to the recipient\u2019s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.

\nYou can also visit any of the participating ITC Hotels to check the balance and date of expiry of your ITC Hotels Gift Card.
\nIn case of theft, kindly report the same to Pine Labs. Upon verification of the identity of the guest the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. Pine Labs, ITC & its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the original issued card.
\nRedemption of the card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of Pine Labs & ITC’s liabilities in respect of the card.
\nThe card is subject to applicable laws. The card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory\/judicial\/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
