\nFor redeeming Flights\/Hotels\/Buses online at www.EaseMyTrip.com, please follow the following steps:
\nPlease select your Flight\/Hotel\/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
\nOn payments page, Select “Gift Voucher” as your Payment Mode.
\nEnter your Gift Card\/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
\nClick on “Redeem Gift Card” and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.
\nIn case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
\nGift Card is valid for multiple\/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period.
\nAny applicable convenience fee\/processing fee\/excess tour cost\/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the Gift Card value).
\nIf a Gift Card is lost or stolen, EaseMyTrip will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.

\nEaseMyTrip.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare\/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using Gift Card during booking.

\nIn case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable after deducting cancellation, rescheduling and any other charges) will be refunded back to the EGV.
